Yes, all Fiido e-bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
How do I maintain the battery for long-term use?
To maximize battery life, we recommend charging it at least once a month, avoiding complete drainage, and storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Are the e-bikes delivered fully assembled?
Fiido e-bikes are shipped 85% to 95% pre-assembled. You will only need to install minor components like the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel using the included toolkit.
